Master Builders Career Connection (MBCC), a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization of the Master Builders Association, is dedicated to promoting, preparing and recruiting for the local residential construction industry. Our goal is to make connections between workers and residential construction companies by promoting the great opportunities in our industry, preparing students to enter the workforce, and recruiting qualified individuals into residential construction.

As a non-profit foundation, Master Builders Career Connection promotes and supports the residential construction industry and associates by providing education and career opportunities.
Our Programs
Professional Education - MBCC offers professional education courses in a variety of formats to help construction industry professionals keep their skills and knowledge sharp. All our programs are open to the general public, however, Master Builders Association members receive significant discounts on the cost of training.
Scholarships and Grants - We provide scholarships to students who are studying Construction Management at the University of Washington, Washington State University, Central Washington University and local community college construction programs and consider grant applications from programs that support our mission.
Charlie's House - Our hands-on building project in which high school students build a colorful, smart-technology home while learning about the different careers available in residential construction.
